The mobile application provides complete loan processing system right from the user registration, loan request, granting and repayment of loan. An Admin Panel equipped with all backend activities to support the business. In addition, an Artificial Intelligence engine is built to handle the loan application process and faster decision making.
Business requirements are gathered using elicitation techniques like Brainstorming and Prototyping. User interfaces have been created to categorize the functionalities as per the business need. Each functionality is further drilled down into activities and tasks. A project plan is created for timely deliveries and to track change management. Entire process is managed and tracked through weekly status reports exchanged between all stakeholders for better management.
